Intermediate Drift Lesson@ Putrajaya 28th April 2012

The intermediate lesson held recently had 5 of our former beginners students advanced to the intermediate level. The prerequisite to be upgraded is that the student owns his/her own drift car and should be able to proficiently drift a 2nd gear course.

The intermediate lesson stresses on higher speed drift entry , 3rd gear , where all the initiation methods were practiced and discussed.

 The finer points of car control were also taught which had the drifters tackling the course like veteran pros.

Individual weaknesses were pointed out and corrected throughout the course  of the day. 
We hope to see these students again once they are ready for the Advance lesson course!!

Drift Lesson @ Shah Alam 27th Feb 2012

Sync Optima Drift Academy held a class for 6 students in Shah Alam recently. A group of 3 males and 3 females went through our begineers course with our rental drift cars.

The students were all able to drift by the end of the day and most importantly had fun in the process!!

A great session with over 8 participants attending. Huge improvements were made with some being taught the finer points of tandem drifting. Stay tuned for more coming up!!

SODA session @ Shah Alam 10 Feb 2012

SODA Sessions are what we would call guided drift session where drifters are to adhere to session objective guidelines and  rules of conduct . Every session is design to be unique with different course objective laid out at the start of the day. We have found that discipline allows everyone to have fun safely thus strict rules of conduct is practiced throughout the session. Priority are given to former SODA students to attend  whenever we manage to secure a venue to hold for these sessions.

Last Friday SODA held one of the session with a small group of 5 drifters! Stay tune for more such sessions coming up

Drift Lesson Nusajaya @ Johore Baru 2009

 In 2009 SODA went back to the Nusajaya Drift track to do another Beginner's Drift Course for 12 students from Singapore. We had three of our lesson cars along with the competition AE86 coupe, trailed over from KL for this session.

As usual ,all the student were able to drift by the end of the day, with two expectional students deciding to venture further into this sport and are now Formula Drift Asia's participants representing Singapore...Can you spot them?
